Bananatex backpacksBananatex is a renewable, organically grown technical fabric produced in the Philippines where this particular variety of banana tree grows. The fibre is extracted and the beeswax coated, waterproof fabric is used by the dedicated team at Qwstion to make their rather beautifully designed backbacks. The best bit is that the material process has been open sourced so that other brands can use it too. Bananas or what?!
