It wouldn’t go far at Brunello Cucinelli, but the luxury Italian brand’s boots are the king of the mountains. The linings are plush, they are padded in all the right places, robust and rugged where they need to be, and you won’t find better quality full-grain leather uppers on the whole of Mont Blanc.

The boots are made in the utopian Medieval hamlet of Solomeo, in Peruglia, which is owned by Cucinello, and where all of his products are meticulously crafted with the utmost respect for the artisans and the materials.
